Are you an experienced investigator with strong analytical and interviewing skills? We are seeking Casual Investigations Officers to support our National Investigations function and help ensure safe, high‑quality services across the organisation.
About the Role
As an Investigations Officer, you will play a key role in supporting and conducting investigations into:
- Customer incidents
- Complaints
- Allegations of misconduct
- Abuse, neglect, or unsafe practices
This role provides flexible, on‑call investigation capacity and helps maintain consistent safeguarding standards nationwide.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with investigations across a range of complex matters.
- Conduct interviews and gather statements.
- Prepare high‑quality investigation reports.
- Work primarily via Microsoft Teams, with occasional local travel as required.
Availability Requirements
- Ability to accept work during peak investigation periods.
- Capacity to respond at short notice for urgent matters.
- Flexibility to work varying hours depending on operational needs.
