Are you passionate about building capability and improving care standards? Join Aruma as a Clinical Facilitator (Learning & Development) and play a vital role in strengthening our workforce to deliver safe, high-quality care.
In this role, you will:
- Facilitate High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) training and other health-related programs.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies.
- Maintain and enhance training resources to support best practice.
- Apply your clinical expertise to design and deliver impactful learning experiences.
- Drive continuous improvement in workforce capability and care delivery.
What we’re looking for:
- Formal qualifications in Nursing.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (must be maintained).
- Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to apply it within organisational requirements.
- Proven ability to facilitate engaging training for groups and individuals, aligned with adult learning principles.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
- Rights to work in Australia.
- A current, unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to use your own vehicle (with comprehensive insurance) if required.
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
