In this role, you will:

• Facilitate High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) training and other health-related programs.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies.
• Maintain and enhance training resources to support best practice.
• Apply your clinical expertise to design and deliver impactful learning experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement in workforce capability and care delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• Formal qualifications in Nursing.
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse (must be maintained).
• Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to apply it within organisational requirements.
• Proven ability to facilitate engaging training for groups and individuals, aligned with adult learning principles.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
• Rights to work in Australia.
• A current, unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to use your own vehicle (with comprehensive insurance) if required.
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
