The Opportunity
This is a true leader-of-leaders role with significant reach and responsibility.
You will lead:
- 7 Regional Managers (direct reports)
- ~65 frontline managers across regions
- ~1,360 team members
- Services supporting ~500 customers across ~150 homes
- A $160M P&L
Your portfolio spans Supported Independent Living (SIL), emergency and complex care services across Northern NSW and Queensland.

- Delivering consistent, high-quality, person-centred Supported Independent Living services
- Elevating leadership capability across a distributed workforce
- Embedding quality, safety and human-rights principles into everyday practice
- Strengthening culture, engagement and accountability
- Driving commercial sustainability and growth
- Leading change confidently in a transforming NDIS environment
You’ll report to the COO and work in close partnership with your Southern EGM counterpart, the EGM Community & Therapy, and the broader Senior Leadership Team.
