About the Role
As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, working closely with our Head Chef and Operations Manager to deliver exceptional service, strong financial performance and memorable guest experiences.
From leading the team on the floor to managing labour, service standards and operational performance, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our hospitality offering.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading daily restaurant operations across front and back of house
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences that encourage repeat visitation
- Coaching and developing a diverse hospitality team, including supported employees
- Managing rosters, labour, stock and operational performance
- Working with the Head Chef to optimise menus and food costs
- Supporting weddings, functions and tourism experiences
- Driving continuous improvement across service, efficiency and profitability
About You
You'll bring:
- Experience leading a restaurant, café or hospitality venue
- A hands-on leadership style and passion for customer service
- Strong operational and commercial skills
- Confidence leading teams through busy service periods
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in functions or events (desirable)
