What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support Support Workers in Shared Living homes
  • Make sure residents get high-quality, person-centred care
  • Help with positive behaviour support and safety
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community
  • Manage rosters, budgets, and NDIS requirements
  • Coach your team and embed Aruma’s BRAVE values

 

Who You Are

  • You identify as a person with disability (this is an identified role)
  • You have experience in disability, aged care, allied health, youth or community work
  • You have led teams before
  • You communicate clearly, solve problems, and can lead with confidence
  • You care about inclusion, dignity, and person-centred support
  • You want to make your local community stronger
