What you’ll be doing

  • Owning end-to-end, high-volume recruitment across diverse portfolios (frontline to leadership)
  • Partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver fast, effective, and scalable hiring solutions
  • Driving proactive sourcing strategies, including talent pooling, market mapping, and community pipelines
  • Managing multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining exceptional candidate care
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders through coaching on hiring strategy, market insights, and best practice
  • Building and nurturing ready-now talent pipelines for critical and repeat roles
  • Leveraging data and insights to optimise time-to-fill, quality of hire, and process efficiency
  • Contributing to employer branding, EVP, and diversity initiatives to strengthen attraction

 

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience (3–5+ years) in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments (agency or in-house)
  • Background in disability, community services, healthcare, or similar high-demand sectors (highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large requisition volumes without compromising quality
  • Strong direct sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive talent
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels
  • A commercial, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure
  • Experience using ATS systems, recruitment tech, and data to drive outcomes
  • A genuine passion for people, purpose, and delivering meaningful hiring outcomes
