We partner with customers needing innovative solutions to their technical and business challenges, working with high-growth start-ups, ISVs, corporates, enterprises, and governments, across a broad range of industries and technical environments.

Last year we grew our teams in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. This year, we are aiming to double in size as we continue to grow the business based on customer demand. We need a strong business development focused Account Executive to join us to make this a reality.

What You'll Do:

  • As a Sales Account Executive you will join our established team and will leverage your own network as well as cultivating relationships with clients through the Microsoft network to convert leads into satisfied customers. This is a role where you will lead the charge in AI & cloud technology innovation, driving forward business development initiatives with your sales prowess and expertise.
  • You will run your desk like it’s your business. This means you are responsible for managing your time, projects, and consultants – empowering you to drive success your way.
  • You will be involved in the wider business. This includes developing relationships with our consultants who are delivering solutions for your customers. You will also be an active and collaborative crew member sharing knowledge and driving success.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven sales and business development experience working within the professional services environment. This role needs you to love hunting down new opportunities and making them realities.
  • Experience of working within a partner aligned organisation selling security, modern work, data modernisation, and application development projects would put you one step closer to success!
  • Ability to manage your own pipeline of work including staying on top of your account administration tasks. This means you will be a confident multitasker – you can hustle, close deals, find new ones all at the same time as maintaining relationships with the consultant’s delivering solutions to your customers. You will thrive on developing an initial sale into a strategic customer.
