Arinco is a growing IT professional services organisation who are currently searching for our next Melbourne based Sales Administrator to join us in a role that blends your strong technical analysis skills and your administration/operational skills to

(i) "magic" our sales data into insights to support forecasting and reporting and make life easier for the sales team so they can focus on selling and

(ii) help maintain and manage people/skills to pipeline/projects etc. so the right consultants are engaged at the right time and are working on the right things.

Technically, you need to have demonstrable skills with Excel (ability to write macros, formulas and lookups), use of a CRM such as Project Works, experience with creating BI reports. In this varied role there will be times when you will need to think outside the box and use your initiative to get stuff done.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work daily with members of the sales team with maintaining and managing their sales and projects data and accuracy and cleanliness of it- keen eye for detail is key!
  • Collaborate closely with leadership with preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly sales forecasts and reports – strong ability to deliver accurately to deadlines
  • Analyse the sales pipeline for available consultant capacity/experience and help to identity where upskilling existing consultants is required or recommending hiring additional consultants
  • Review sales/projects and segmentation data to create insights that help with identification of opportunities or risks
  • Help to improve sales processes by identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
  • Provide general business administration and project administration to the Sales team and CEO when required including some lightweight EA tasks for CEO

You'll maintain discretion and confidentiality with all sensitive employee, client, and business information.

This role will be most suited to someone who is interested in learning more about how business and sales teams work in professional services environments and may suit a graduate with 3 –4 years of experience.
