Our Co-Ops team is a cloud-managed services capability that provides operational support and enhancement services to our customers. We support Azure cloud customers, and we pride ourselves on being technical experts and solving problems at scale. We emphasise the importance of proactivity, innovation, automation and high quality when delivering outcomes for our customers. Providing managed services support to our customers is our key competency, in addition to identifying and developing new Azure data solutions for these customers.

The role
We are seeking an associated Data Consultant to support our Azure Data Managed Services customers. Someone that is willing to learn and rapidly develop their skills in Azure Data. The role will be supporting and enhancing existing data platforms on technologies such as Azure Data Factory (ADF). Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, SQL.
The role will involve:
- Proactively upskilling with hands on training with our team
- Troubleshooting incidents such as failed pipelines, and data issues
- Creating and fine-tuning monitoring
- Enhancing existing data pipelines and solutions
- Reviewing deployments before release to production
- Providing consulting services to customers on adhoc consulting engagements
- Providing after-hours / on-call support (for high-priority incidents only) on a rotating roster. (In the event you are called upon outside of hours, extra remuneration will be provided, in addition to our competitive salary and benefits package.
Our ideal person must have:
- Previous experience, hands on with any of the below ETL tools:
- Databricks
- ADF
- Fabric
- Previous experience with any of these: PySpark, Python, SparkSQL, or T-SQL
- Previous experience with Microsoft Azure
