So many lives. So many ways. One you.

50,000 lives and counting.

That’s how many South Australians our people support each year.

As one of the state’s leading not-for-profits, we’re making a meaningful impact at scale. From foster care to aged care and everything in between, our services are as diverse as the people and communities we serve - and we’re growing our reach for the future.

Every day, AnglicareSA teams rely on technology to stay connected, supported and ready to deliver services across South Australia.

Behind every device, system and asset is important work that helps our people do their jobs well. In this role, your organisation, accuracy and service mindset will help ensure IT assets are tracked, managed and available when they are needed most.

Apply for the IT Asset Administrator role and help provide the reliable technology support that enables meaningful work across AnglicareSA.

What you’ll do

As our Assets & Finance Administrator, you will coordinate AnglicareSA’s IT assets throughout their lifecycle. From purchasing and purchase orders through to allocation, tracking, invoice reconciliation, reporting, audits, recovery and disposal, you will help ensure our assets are accurately recorded, securely managed and available when needed.

While the role sits within our Technology & Information team, you don’t need to be an IT specialist to succeed. We’re looking for someone with strong administration, asset management, procurement, finance or inventory experience who is comfortable working with systems, records and stakeholders.

You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

  • Maintaining accurate records of assets, inventory and related information in our asset management systems.
  • Supporting purchasing processes, including raising and tracking Purchase Orders and monitoring invoices through to payment.
  • Coordinating asset allocation, tracking, recovery, inventory management and internal leasing processes.
  • Reconciling physical inventory against asset registers and contributing to regular audits and reporting.
  • Supporting accounts payable activities, invoice reconciliation and vendor coordination.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring processes are followed consistently.
  • Supporting asset disposal and ensuring organisational, security and compliance requirements are met.
  • Providing clear guidance and support to employees and stakeholders regarding asset and purchasing processes.
  • Working closely with Finance, Procurement, Technology & Information teams, vendors and employees across the organisation.

What you’ll bring

This is not a highly technical IT role. We welcome candidates from broader asset management, procurement, finance, purchasing, inventory or administration backgrounds. Experience managing IT assets is a plus, but it is not essential.

Bring your organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to keep things moving, and help AnglicareSA ensure its people have the assets and support they need to do their best work.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in asset management, administration, procurement, purchasing, finance administration, inventory control or a similar environment.
  • Experience maintaining databases, asset registers, inventory records or other administrative systems.
  • Experience raising and tracking Purchase Orders, processing or reconciling invoices, or supporting accounts payable processes.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly confidence using Excel.
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A practical, service-focused approach and confidence working with different stakeholders.

We would also love you to have:

  • Experience working with asset management, ERP, procurement or inventory systems.
  • Experience coordinating vendors or supporting stakeholders across multiple sites.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware, software or mobile devices.
  • A Certificate in Business Administration, IT, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
