Who are we looking for?
Are you passionate about creating a safe and child-focused environment for separated families?
We are looking for a dedicated Program Support Lead to join our Children's Contact Service team on a part-time basis (.6FTE) Maternity leave contract until May 2026.
As a Program Support Lead, you will provide essential support to the Coordinator, ensuring the smooth operation of our services. You will play a vital role in assisting with case management, risk assessments, scheduling, and overall service delivery - helping families navigate contact arrangements in a safe, neutral, and supportive environment.
What can you expect to be doing?
- Conduct intake and assessment interviews with parents and children to establish safe contact arrangements
- Provide facilitation and supervision during family access visits
- Assist the Coordinator with various tasks such as roster management, orientation visits, risk assessments and court reports
- Engage in continuous quality improvement, reflective practice, and professional development
What do you need to bring?
- Experience in family support, case management, or program coordination
- A strong understanding of family law and support separated families
Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary (degree) qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood and/or related Social sciences at degree level, or extensive relevant experience
Special Conditions
- National Police Check / Working with Children Check

- Driver's licence + ability to work at other sites
