Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a passionate, compassionate, and enthusiastic experienced professional with strong call centre experience, who wants to make a difference in the lives of people in Aged Care, or living with a disability, parental supports for families, and people looking for long-term accommodation/housing.
Using your customer service experience and relevant experience within a relevant social services sector, your outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills; you will engage with our customers via inbound calls or email interactions. You will build relationships with our customers, their families, advocates or carers to provide education and support for our wide range of social services.
There are multiple employment types/fixed term contract lengths available. Please include your preferences in your cover letter/CV upon applying.
What can you expect to be doing?
- Answer inbound customer calls from members of the public, clients, advocates, stakeholders and more.
- Facilitate the process of a prospective customer’s entry into AnglicareSA services by acting as the first point of contact for NDIS Services enquiries, parental supports for families, and long-term accommodation requests.
- Deliver high quality customer service by responding effectively and efficiently to customer enquiries to maximise outcomes for prospective customers, community members and staff
- Provide education about NDIS programs including disability, mental health, and early learning assessment processes and other AnglicareSA programs such as Housing, and parental support.
- Build rapport and engage with customers, ensuring they are receiving the right information to suit their circumstances.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of NDIS programs including Disability, parental supports, and Housing processes, funding structures, advocacy, and rights principles.
What do you need to bring?
- Certificate III in Call Centre Communications, Customer Services, Community Services (desired).
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience within Aged Care, Disability services, NDIS, parental supports, or Housing (essential).
- Demonstrated experience in an inbound customer service environment, with the ability to convert opportunities to satisfied customers.
- Ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of internal and external clients.
- Experience utilising multiple CRMs, systems or call handling softwares is highly desirable.
