What you’ll do
As the Clinical Coordinator, you will be trusted to make a valuable impact by:
- Deliver high quality nursing care, including specialised nursing care Lead and mentor the clinical and care team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care
- Support clinical governance through comprehensive assessments, care planning, and regular reviews
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards and accreditation through robust quality and risk management
- Educate and upskill staff to build a high-performing, confident clinical team
- Work closely with GPs, allied health providers and families to deliver holistic care
- Prepare accurate documentation and support ongoing service improvement initiatives
What you’ll bring
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse
- Deep understanding of the Aged Care Standards, Quality Framework, and related legislation
We would also love you to have:
- Experience in a senior clinical leadership role, ideally in residential aged care
- Strong mentoring, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, compassionate, and team-focused approach
