Who are we looking for?

We're seeking a Facilities System Administrator to join our team and become our go-to guru for all things facilities systems. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and systems support to our Facilities Management Team along with providing leadership to our Facilities Administrator. 

In this leadership role, you'll provide high-level administrative and systems support, ensuring everything runs smoothly across our Corporate and Aged Care facilities. You'll also become the resident ‘Subject Matter Expert’ for AnglicareSA systems, guiding your team to success.

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Lead by example: Oversee day-to-day activities, provide leadership to the Facilities Administrator, manage enquiries, and champion a positive work environment.
  • Be the facilities systems Guru: Maintain efficient systems, implement system and/or process upgrades, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure operational efficiency: Manage asset data, coordinate work orders, and navigate facilities-related financial processes.
  • Deliver exceptional service: Foster collaboration and provide exceptional customer service across the organisation.
  • Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and supported.

What do you need to bring?

  • Demonstrated experience in a multifunctional administrative role.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • The ability to lead and/or mentor an individual while managing your workload independently.
  • Familiarity with Tech One or similar facility/asset management systems is a plus.
  • General understanding of facilities management principles (advantageous).
  • A keen eye for detail, the ability to follow procedures, and a proactive approach.
  • Qualifications in business administration or property management (highly desirable)
