What you’ll do
As the Manager, Business Reporting Analytics, you’ll lead a skilled, collaborative team to deliver high-impact insights that improve service quality, guide strategy and drive performance across AnglicareSA.
You’ll champion best-practice visualisation, shape a consistent analytics approach across the organisation and work with leaders to help build a culture of data confidence.
With expertise in Power BI, data storytelling, system integration and data governance, you'll transform complex information into clear, intuitive insights that empower our teams to make confident decisions and improve outcomes for the people we support.
You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:
- Leading the reporting analyst team to deliver accurate, engaging Power BI dashboards.
 - Translating data into meaningful insights that guide operational and strategic decisions.
 - Collaborating across teams to define reporting needs and build a data-driven culture.
 - Standardising reporting metrics and supporting continuous quality improvement.
 - Ensuring ethical data practices and contributing to scalable, integrated reporting systems.
 
What you’ll bring
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Qualifications in data analytics, information systems, computer science or similar.
 - Demonstrated experience leading a business analytics or reporting team.
 - Advanced Power BI expertise and strong technical, creative and visual design skills to design tailored reporting solutions.
 - Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate data insights clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
 - Ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams to ensure scalable, integrated reporting solutions
 
We would also love you to have:
- Knowledge of system architecture and integration points.
 - Understanding of benchmarking and quality improvement frameworks.
