So many lives. So many ways. One you.

That’s how many South Australians our people support each year.

As one of the state’s leading not-for-profits, we’re making a meaningful impact at scale. From foster care to aged care and everything in between, our services are as diverse as the people and communities we serve - and we’re growing our reach for the future.

It takes a special kind of person to work in this sector. Someone with real compassion and care. Could that person be you?

AnglicareSA is seeking a confident and experienced Registered Nurse (RN1.2 or above) to join our supportive team at Grange Residential Aged Care. We have AM shifts available across Monday to Friday, offering flexibility while still allowing you to enjoy your afternoons.

This role suits an RN with experience in either residential aged care or acute care who is looking for meaningful, relationship-based work in a welcoming and well-run home.

What you’ll do

As a Registered Nurse at Grange, you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care.

You’ll work closely with care staff, residents and families, using your clinical expertise to support wellbeing, dignity and choice, while contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.

You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

  • Delivering high-quality nursing care through assessment, care planning and hands-on support, ensuring residents’ needs are always met with excellence.
  • Acting as a role model and mentor, inspiring and coaching care staff to grow and provide compassionate, values-based service.
  • Creating meaningful experiences that enhance residents’ quality of life and sense of belonging.
  • Coordinating and maintaining quality systems, championing continuous improvement in all aspects of care.
  • Leading with empathy and clarity, delegating tasks appropriately and supporting your team to thrive.
  • Building strong, respectful relationships with residents and their families, always centring their dignity, rights and wellbeing.

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Nursing (or equivalent).
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.

We would also love you to have:

  • Previous experience in residential aged care.
  • Ability to lead your colleagues and build effective relationships with residents and their families.
  • Proficiency in clinical documentation in line with nursing competency standards.
