That’s how many South Australians our people support each year.

As one of the state’s leading not-for-profits, we’re making a meaningful impact at scale. From foster care to aged care and everything in between, our services are as diverse as the people and communities we serve - and we’re growing our reach for the future.

It takes a special kind of person to work in this sector. Someone with real compassion and care. Could that person be you?

Join us as an Executive Assistant and be part of something bigger.

What you’ll do

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to partner with our Executive General Manager (EGM) of Community Services. In this key role, you'll ensure the smooth coordination of a complex and fast paced portfolio, enabling the EGM to focus on strategic priorities that directly support the community.

This role will initially support the EGM of Community Services, with the opportunity to be part of a broader Executive Assistant cohort supporting multiple Executives over time, offering variety, development, and exposure across the organisation.

This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity based at our head office in Hindmarsh, with flexibility to work from home one day per week.

You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

● Managing a dynamic diary and inbox, prioritising competing demands and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

● Preparing high quality correspondence, reports, meeting papers and presentations.

● Coordinating meetings, committees and events, including agendas, minutes and follow-ups.

● Supporting reporting cycles, including Board and Executive reporting, with accuracy and attention to detail.

● Building strong relationships across the organisation to keep information flowing and priorities aligned.

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

● Qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

● Exposure to the non for profit or community services sector.

● Experience supporting reporting processes, committees or project coordination.
