What you’ll do

As the Site Administration Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for young people, community members, volunteers and staff - providing a warm welcome, helpful guidance and reliable admin support.

You'll manage a range of site coordination and administrative tasks from booking meeting spaces and maintaining consumable resources to supporting financial processes and supporting the wider team. Every day, you’ll be making a difference to the community by ensuring the centre runs smoothly and ensuring those seeking support feel safe and respected.

You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

  • Creating a welcoming, safe and professional front-desk experience for all visitors.
  • Providing friendly, sensitive and confidential advice on AnglicareSA services.
  • Delivering efficient, day-to-day admin support from data entry to document preparation.
  • Supporting financial processes including petty cash and invoicing.
  • Managing supplies and site resources to ensure the centre is well-stocked and budget-aligned.

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in administration, reception and/or customer service roles
  • Strong Microsoft Office and digital systems skills
  • Alignment with AnglicareSA’s values of justice, respect and inclusion
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, calm and professional approach
  • Confidence in de-escalation and behaviour management techniques

We would also love you to have:

  • Knowledge of administration processes and general site operations
