What you’ll do

Join us as a Community Engagement Worker, delivering financial wellbeing, community education groups and support the establishment and delivery of appropriate, accessible, and responsive community activities.

Work with our Financial Counsellors to identify gaps and emerging needs, strengthen and build referral pathways, participate in local networks and strengthen community connections.

You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

● Delivering a range of innovative activities for community members focused on financial wellbeing and community connection.

● Developing partnerships and links to relevant training and employment services, and support the facilitation of workshops and groups to build financial capacity.

● Establishing and maintaining appropriate referral pathways for the Financial Wellbeing program.

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

● Proven knowledge and application of community development and engagement principles

● An understanding of financial literacy

● Tertiary qualifications in the social sciences or community service/development field (desirable) or equivalent demonstrated experience.
