So many lives. So many ways. One you.

50,000 lives and counting.

That’s how many South Australians our people support each year.

As one of the state’s leading not-for-profits, we’re making a meaningful impact at scale. From foster care to aged care and everything in between, our services are as diverse as the people and communities we serve - and we’re growing our reach for the future.

It takes a special kind of person to work in this sector. Someone with real compassion and care. Could that person be you?

Support young people at critical turning points in life.

Join us as a Coordinator, Youth Intervention Services, and be part of something bigger.

What you’ll do

We are seeking a passionate Coordinator to oversee the day to day operations of two early intervention youth programs - Newly Arrived Youth Services (NAYS) and Reconnect. You will lead a small team, manage a caseload, and work directly with young people and families to help them achieve meaningful outcomes.

You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

● Helping young people avoid homelessness by stabilising their living situation and strengthening connections with family, educations, and community.

● Supporting families to reconnect and build stronger, lasting relationships.

● Delivering tailored, trauma informed programs that respond to each young person's unique needs.

● Tracking and celebrating real outcomes from improved school attendance, to engagement in training, work, and community participation.

● Mentoring and supporting staff through regular supervision, professional development, and reflective practice.

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

● Experience working with young people, ideally in youth services, early intervention, or homelessness programs.

● Leadership skills, ability to supervise, guide, and support staff while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.

● A commitment to culturally responsive, trauma informed practice.
