What you’ll do

● Supporting personal wellbeing through tailored support services addressing various needs such as: housing & accommodation, employment, financial stability, social connections & more.
● Working collaboratively with internal and external specialists and service providers to better meet participants needs.
● Identifying risks and barriers to housing and work proactively to address them.
What you’ll bring
To thrive in this role, you will have:
● Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Community Services or a related field, or significant relevant experience.
● Knowledge of the community services sector in South Australia with a specific emphasis on homelessness and the criminal justice sectors.
● Demonstrated experience supporting people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
