So many lives. So many ways. One you.

50,000 lives and counting.

That’s how many South Australians our people support each year.

As one of the state’s leading not-for-profits, we’re making a meaningful impact at scale. From foster care to aged care and everything in between, our services are as diverse as the people and communities we serve - and we’re growing our reach for the future.

It takes a special kind of person to work in this sector. Someone with real compassion and care. Could that person be you?

Join us as our Leadership & Capability Lead, and be part of something bigger.

What you’ll do

At AnglicareSA, our impact starts with people.

As Leadership & Capability Lead, you’ll work closely with leaders and teams to understand what is really getting in the way of performance, engagement or change. From there, you’ll design targeted, practical solutions that build confidence, capability and values-aligned behaviours.

This is a role for someone who can think strategically, design with purpose and follow through with practical delivery. You’ll be someone who enjoys both the big picture and the detail.

From shaping strategic leadership uplift to coordinating sessions, resources and follow-up actions, you’ll take ownership and make sure initiatives are purposeful, scalable and embedded.

Whether you’re shaping a leadership framework, coordinating a learning session, developing resources or evaluating impact, you will be contributing to meaningful behaviour change and improved outcomes for our employees, clients and communities.

You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

  • Owning leadership and capability projects from design through to delivery and evaluation.
  • Partnering with leaders to uncover root causes and co-design practical capability solutions.
  • Building leadership confidence in coaching, change, culture and team performance.
  • Designing scalable resources and learning experiences grounded in adult learning principles.
  • Facilitating practical, engaging learning experiences across face-to-face, virtual and blended formats.
  • Using data, feedback and insights to continuously refine programs and demonstrate impact.

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in HR, OD, Psychology, Business or a related field.
  • Well-developed facilitation skills, with the ability to engage leaders across a range of contexts.
  • A proven ability to diagnose challenges, influence stakeholders, and deliver practical, outcomes-focused solutions.
  • Comfort working autonomously, effectively managing competing priorities while taking ownership of end-to-end project delivery.
  • The capability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on administration, coordination and execution.

We would also love you to have:

  • Experience developing coaching capability or embedding coaching-led leadership practices.
  • The ability to use engagement data, feedback and employee insights to inform capability uplift.
  • Exposure to organisation-wide culture, change or engagement initiatives.
