- You’ve got hands-on experience implementing and managing networks and associated IT infrastructure
- You understand network architecture and can troubleshoot issues across LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi.
- You’re confident with Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure.
- You’re familiar with cyber security frameworks and know how to spot and mitigate threats.
- You’re proactive, curious, and always looking for ways to improve systems and processes.

What can you expect to be doing?
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our IT operations with no two days the same.
You’ll provide technical support to over 2000 employees, visit various AnglicareSA sites across Adelaide to resolve hardware and networking issues, and work with a range of business areas.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing the LAN, WAN & Wi-Fi networks and associated infrastructure.
- Ensuring network operations are maintained according to the developed network architecture.
- Implementing, optimising and aligning approved network infrastructure with organisational standards and future needs.
- Identifying and addressing cyber security risks and supporting audits.
- Providing top-tier support to our Help Desk team and assisting with complex technical issues.
What do you need to bring?
- Proficiency in network configuration and maintenance (CCNA or equivalent)
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer service and help desk environments
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365/Azure
- Understanding of cyber security frameworks
- Experience with Microsoft Server and AWS infrastructure (desired)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
