So many lives. So many ways. One you.

50,000 lives and counting.

That’s how many South Australians our people support each year.

As one of the state’s leading not-for-profits, we’re making a meaningful impact at scale. From foster care to aged care and everything in between, our services are as diverse as the people and communities we serve - and we’re growing our reach for the future.

It takes a special kind of person to work in this sector. Someone with real compassion and care. Could that person be you?

As a Marketing Officer on a 10-month contract, you’ll help bring AnglicareSA’s mission to life through smart, engaging campaigns that elevate our brand and connect people to services that matter.

What you’ll do

You’ll work with the Marketing and Communications team to support campaign development, content coordination, brand management and stakeholder engagement. You’ll also play a key role in tracking performance and ensuring our messaging is meaningful, inclusive and aligned to our values.

Supporting the broader marketing strategy, you’ll collaborate across all areas of the organisation from Aged Care and Community Services to Disability, Housing and Corporate Services.

You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

  • Supporting the delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, print and CRM platforms
  • Coordinating marketing collateral production and ensuring brand consistency
  • Monitoring campaign outcomes and suggesting data-informed improvements
  • Helping create targeted content that drives community awareness and engagement
  • Organising marketing events and initiatives that reflect our inclusive, customer-first culture

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field that’s given you a strong foundation.
  • Around 3 - 5 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships
  • Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail - you’re someone who can juggle tasks and still spot the small things
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure

We’d also love you to have:

  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to support creative production
  • A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine passion for using your marketing skills to create positive change
  • An understanding of the not-for-profit or community services sector or a strong desire to learn
