Who are we looking for?

As part of our continued growth, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join our esteemed clinical leadership team at Dutton Court. The Clinical Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our organisation, blending hands-on engagement at the forefront of care with a focus on reviewing clinical documentation, systems, and analysing trends.

Reporting directly to the Clinical Manager, you will take an active leadership role, guiding and mentoring staff to ensure they are well-equipped and supported in delivering the highest quality care to our residents.

As a proven performer you will draw upon your high-level clinical management and critical thinking skills to achieve best care outcomes for our residents and families, role modelling our values and leading by example at all times.

  • Lead by Example: Be the driving force behind a team-oriented, person-centered care environment for residents in your assigned wing.
  • Mentor & Inspire: Share your clinical expertise and leadership skills, guiding and developing our nursing staff to deliver the highest quality care.
  • Champion Quality: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to clinical standards, undertaking accurate documentation and fostering best practices.
  • Build Relationships: Collaborate effectively with medical professionals, allied health teams, and resident families to create a supportive and collaborative care network.
  • Embrace Innovation: Be a catalyst for positive change, implementing new strategies and approaches to enhance resident experiences.

Who we seek:

  • Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent), and current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Extensive clinical experience as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse
  • Previous leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor staff to provide excellent care
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, residents and their families
  • High level of computer literacy
