Who are we looking for?

AnglicareSA, a leading provider of aged care services, is seeking a Clinical Lead to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality, evidence-based care across our six Residential Aged Care (RAC) sites.

As the go-to expert, you will leverage your clinical expertise to develop solutions and navigate challenges in partnership with our RAC sites towards consistent compliance.

What you'll do:

  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support: You will be a trusted resource for our clinical and care teams, offering contemporary, evidence-based advice and education.
  • Champion continuous improvement: You will participate in reviewing and updating the Clinical Governance Framework, ensuring it reflects best practices and meets Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Lead with vision and purpose: You will inspire and motivate your team, fostering a strong learning culture and promoting AnglicareSA's values.
  • Make a difference for residents: You will be at the forefront of ensuring resident-centred care, advocating for their needs and working collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes.

What we're looking for:

  • Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior clinical role within aged care.
  • Highly capable in staff development and maintaining accreditation compliance.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate, inspire, and role model AnglicareSA's values.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
