Pet Visitor Volunteer

A wagging tail and a gentle nuzzle can turn an ordinary day into a special one. As a Pet Visitor Volunteer, you and your canine companion will help bring comfort, companionship, and joy to residents in our aged care communities🐾

What you'll do:

• Visit residents one-on-one and share the companionship of your friendly, well-trained dog.
• Support residents to safely interact with your dog through pats, brushing, feeding treats, or gentle play
• Attend social activities and events with your animal to boost resident engagement

Multiple positions available across all residential aged care sites located at:

• Elizabeth East
• Dutton Court Elizabeth
• Grange
• Trott Park
• Westbourne Park
• Brompton

*Please note all volunteers in Aged Care must have had a current Flu Vaccine prior to commencement.
