The Opportunity:

Due to continued growth, Ampcontrol are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Kewdale team on a Full-Time Permanent basis. The successful candidate will work in conjunction with both our Engineering and Production teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of a variety of upcoming mining projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Service Delivery Lead and their respective project team in the development of comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, coordinate tasks, and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Ensuring a high-level of communication and service is maintained with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Tracking and reporting on project timelines, identifying any potential risks and presenting potential solutions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including action items, and progress reports.
- Assisting in cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a project office or project management environment within the Mining industry.
- A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- RIO/BHP/FMG inductions (advantageous).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to organise tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate resources.
- Proven track record of identifying issues and proposing practical solutions to overcome challenges.
