About the Role:

Ampcontrol is seeking a proactive and reliable Production Operator to join our team for a 8-month fixed-term project, commencing early June. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are hands-on, safety-focused, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and purpose-driven team.

In this role, you will support a range of production activities, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. The position involves physical work in outdoor environments and requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform work duties as a Production Operator in line with project requirements
• Provide support to Trades Assistants and Electricians on-site and in the workshop
• Assist with preparation and delivery of materials required for jobs
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Organise personal workload and prioritise tasks efficiently
• Take ownership of your own work-related learning and upskilling
• Participate in toolbox meetings and adhere to all safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a hands-on or production-based role (preferred)
• Forklift Ticket
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
• Ability to use hand and power tools confidently and safely
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative
• Available to commence work in early June
