Project Coordinator

The Opportunity:

Ampcontrol is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with pronounced planning, scheduling and estimating skills. Based in Tomago, this full-time position will play a key role within our Project Delivery team in the coordination of all technical and project-related activities.

What We're Looking For:

On a day-to-day basis, you will be dealing with keys stakeholders and must have the capacity to demonstrate tolerance, patience and understand the importance of accuracy.

• Experience in a project office or business administration environment within the Mining, Utilities, Construction, or a similar industry. (desirable)
• Proficient using Microsoft Office applications.
• ERP and MRP systems for purchasing, expediting and production, cost control and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to organise tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate resources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting Project Managers and their respective project teams in the development of comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Liaising with internal/external stakeholders on deliverables as required.
• Aiming to ensure the team reach their productivity goals and quality standards.
• Managing customer expectations ongoing.
• Maintain control of job costing throughout and provide feedback to management.
• Establish and maintain positive client relations to ensure customer satisfaction and continued forward forecast of repeat work.
