What you will do:

Ampcontrol are seeking a proactive Mobilisation Officer who thrives off being organised in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate personnel movements, ensuring seamless compliance with project requirements and industry regulations. Your ability to maintain effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders will be key to driving successful mobilisations.

Based in Mackay, this role is a full-time opportunity reporting directly to the HV Manager Mackay -Gladstone playing a key role within our High Voltage Team.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage mobilisation processes, ensuring timely deployment of personnel
• Arrange travel, medicals, accommodation, PPE and site access for all High Voltage personnel
• Maintain compliance registers ensuring all equipment and testing/maintenance is scheduled correctly (vehicle, QC Gauge, QA)
• Maintenance and management of employee training files and matrix
• Coordinates submissions of weekly timesheet ensuring they are completed correctly and received on time
• Raising requisitions and receipting invoices
• Maintenance and archiving of sensitive documentation 

 What are we looking for from you?

• Previous experience in a similar mobilisation or compliance role
• A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Experience within the mining industry will be highly regarded
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications
• Great sense of humour and willingness to fit into a friendly, collaborative workplace that rewards hard work
