THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a Field Service Administrator. In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Field Service teams as well as to other team members. Your ability to assist Ampcontrol to project and promote its image as a professional and effective organisation will be an integral part of this role along with supporting the field service teams with all things administrative.

This great opportunity is being offered full-time (1 year contract with potential to extend) based at our Hexham location. You will be part of a good humoured, dynamic, and very busy team. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This role will see you performing a diverse range of operational administrative functions including creating documents/files, reporting, reviewing job progress, costing, invoicing, liaising with customers, job set-up/closure, purchase requisitions, travel bookings, induction co-ordination, calibration co-ordination and time sheeting. You will be the first point of contact for customers and suppliers and therefore the face and voice of the organisation.

This busy and diverse role requires a person with a high level of attention to detail with a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.

 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A Certificate II, III or IV in Business Administration, or equivalent training and work experience (ideally in a field service environment)
  • Excellent customer service and business communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change is essential
  • Previous experience developing/creating documents and maintaining files in manufacturing/workshop/services environment
  • High level proficiency in MS applications (word, excel)
  • Strong time management and organisational skills 
  • NSW Driver's license
  • ERP experience (Syteline experience advantageous but not essential).
  • CRM experience
