SITE OPERATIONS MANAGER - WA

This is an exciting opportunity to further develop and expand your operational leadership by taking full responsibility for all aspects of our WA operations, including safety, quality, production, engineering, field service, HV field service, and team leadership.

The role is being offered initially as a three-month secondment while we assess the appropriate long term operational model and structure for WA.

 PEOPLE ASPECTS

• Onsite leadership of entire operation (excluding WA Cables)
• Lead 60+ employees across a range of functions: Trades/Field Service, Engineers, Project Management and support functions
• Lead, coordinate and support key leaders within the operation
• Increase intra-organisation collaboration

 OPERATIONAL FOCUS

• Drive production and service delivery while ensuring safety, quality, and cost control
• Expand product range and enhance production capability
• Integrate systems and processes with East Coast operations and resources

 OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH

• Collaborate and engage with internal stakeholders and SMEs to drive innovation, expansion and alignment
• Expansion and improvement of production scale, efficiencies and quality
