WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Customer Engagement Partner, you will support the centralised Customer Service team. You will be a key role in developing and maintaining customer service reports and day to day communications with customers to support key business areas across mining, utilities, and heavy industries.

As a key member of our positive, successful team your day will be varied and challenging. This role will require you to demonstrate your commitment to quality customer service, sound interpersonal and communication skills while taking charge to consult and influence based on your interactions with our customers and data analysis.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Qualifications in Business Administration and/or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience with ERP systems and/or order management systems (Syteline)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a sales / customer service environment
  • Proven experience maintaining business wide reporting
  • Experience in a manufacturing, electrical, technical or product based environment
  • Ability to understand customer order related issues, proactively follow-up to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage priorities of ongoing workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office applications
