We are seeking an experienced HV Supervisor to join our High Voltage Field Service team in Perth. Reporting to the HV Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating High Voltage maintenance, upgrade and service activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong customer relationships and leading a high-performing field service team.

 Key Responsibilities

  •  Coordinate and supervise High Voltage maintenance, upgrade and service activities across customer sites
  • Lead and support a team of HV Technicians while promoting a strong safety culture
  • Ensure all work complies with HSEQ requirements, industry standards and customer expectations
  • Manage workforce resources, schedules and shutdown activities to achieve project objectives
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships across utilities, mining, industrial and renewable sectors
  • Assist with estimates, quotations, tenders and contract deliverables as required
  • Coordinate subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
  • Resolve operational, personnel and technical issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives

 About You

 You are a proactive leader with a strong technical background in High Voltage electrical systems and infrastructure. You have excellent communication and organisational skills, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can effectively balance customer expectations, team leadership and operational performance while maintaining a commitment to safety.

 Qualifications

  •  Trade qualification in Electrical/Electrotechnology
  • Electrical Engineering Diploma or Degree (desirable)

 Technical Competencies & Skills

  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to review and update electrical schematic and wiring diagrams
  • Strong technical skills in HV electrical systems, panel wiring, testing and maintenance
  • Experience using testing and communications software
  • Knowledge of HV protection systems (desirable)

 Experience

  •  Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and safety leadership
  • Experience supervising or coordinating field service or maintenance teams
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in High Voltage infrastructure maintenance environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
  • Customer-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
