Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a Business support Administrator / Document Controller to join our team and play a key role in supporting successful project delivery across the business.

Opportunity

As a key contributor, you’ll work closely with the Service Delivery Team and Project Managers to ensure accurate and timely document control, effective project administration, and consistent professional standards. Your ability to coordinate, communicate, and maintain control over technical and administrative workflows will directly influence project delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with teams to understand and implement project-specific documentation requirements.
  • Maintain tracking systems to monitor document progress across active projects.
  • Ensure technical documents and drawings are properly controlled, distributed, and archived.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents – receiving, recording, and filing with precision.
  • Enforce document consistency and compliance with corporate and project standards.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to uphold documentation requirements.
  • Facilitate monthly reporting and support document development needs across teams.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Business Support Leaders, Production Managers, and Site Supervisors.
  • Organise travel bookings, site functions, inductions (using Rapid Induct) and meetings if required.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal and professional presentation.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Experience in project support or administration within engineering, construction, or technical environments preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
