Storesperson

We are in search of a Storesperson to support our team based at our Rutherford facility.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:

• Picking and packing in the stores
• Providing parts to relevant repair departments
• Loading and un-loading of parts and stock
• Assist in controlling the receiving and distribution of parts and stock
• Driving 2T Truck in-between sites when required, ensuring loads are correctly and safely loaded
• General yard maintenance and duties
• Cleaning and maintaining workshop equipment 
• Using power tools where required
• General tasks as required
• Regular forklift operation
• The safe use of a forklift jib and slings

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Ability to work autonomously
• Experience in a similar role and industrial environment
• LF High Risk Licence to operate forklift truck
• Strong focus and commitment to Safety
• Reliable transport and C class licence
• Sound written and verbal skills
• Positive communication
• Ability to work well with others

 Applicants with the following will be highly regarded:

• Exposure to underground mining equipment
• Experience using an ERP system
