Project Administration Team Lead – Ampcontrol

Ampcontrol is growing and we're looking for an experienced and solutions-focused Project Administration Team Lead to lead our national administration team and drive excellence across our HV Field Services Division.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who enjoys developing people, improving business processes, and creating efficient, scalable ways of working. You'll play a critical role in supporting operational performance while championing continuous improvement across a geographically dispersed team.

About the Role

In this pivotal leadership position, you'll oversee a national administration team responsible for delivering accurate, timely and customer-focused support across multiple states. You'll lead the coordination of critical workflows including materials management, timesheets, invoicing, fleet administration, travel logistics and executive support, while driving consistency, compliance and operational excellence.

You'll also play a key role in enhancing administrative processes, documenting best practice procedures, and supporting digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and service delivery across the division.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and develop a national team of 10-15 administration professionals.
  • Drive efficient delivery of key administrative processes, including invoicing, timesheets, purchase orders and job cost allocation.
  • Support financial performance through reporting, KPI monitoring and cost controls.
  • Improve and document processes to drive consistency, compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate fleet, travel and accommodation requirements across the division.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the HV Field Services Manager.
  • Champion continuous improvement, digital tools and system adoption.

  • Experience leading administration teams in an industrial, manufacturing or service-based environment.
  • Strong people leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development.
  • Demonstrated experience improving processes and developing clear procedures and documentation.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
