Head of Corporate Finance Execution

Ampcontrol Group is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Corporate Finance Execution to lead the financial execution of acquisitions, integrations, strategic initiatives and major capital investments across the Group.

This role is critical to ensuring Ampcontrol scales through acquisitions and transformation in a controlled, structured and value-accretive manner. While not responsible for setting strategy or originating deals, the role leads the rigorous assessment, integration and value realisation of acquisitions and enterprise initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, including risk assessment, valuation support and investment analysis
• Manage finance integration of acquired businesses across systems, reporting, controls and governance
• Drive synergy tracking and value realisation against acquisition business cases
• Ensure alignment to Ampcontrol governance frameworks, financial controls and compliance standards
• Lead finance systems integration and harmonisation, including D365 alignment and process standardisation
• Develop strategic financial models to support acquisitions, integrations, capital projects and enterprise initiatives
• Partner with business leaders to assess major capital investments, returns and financial risk
• Provide clear reporting and insights to the CFO, Executive and Board to support decision-making

About You

You are a strategic finance leader with strong execution capability and experience delivering outcomes in complex, high-growth or transformation environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
• CA / CPA preferred
• Strong experience in:
• Corporate finance and investment evaluation
• Financial modelling and valuation
• Governance, controls and compliance
• ERP systems integration (ideally D365)
• Cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure or project-based environments highly regarded
• Exposure to Executive and Board-level reporting preferred
