We’re looking for a highly capable and professional Personal Assistant to provide confidential, high-level support to members of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
This is more than a traditional PA role, it’s an opportunity to play a key part in enabling strategic leadership by ensuring the smooth and effective operation of Ampcontrol’s senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level, confidential executive support to nominated SLT members, including diary and inbox management.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Manage complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and expense reconciliation.
- Assist with the preparation, coordination, and distribution of monthly reports, working closely with SLT members and the Executive Assistant.
- Maintain effective internal communications and ensure timely delivery of reporting to SLT members.
- Organise internal and external events and functions with a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Act as a key liaison point for internal and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgement and discretion.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects as directed by SLT members.
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying emerging issues and coordinating appropriate responses.
About You
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administrative professional, supporting senior leaders in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Highly organised and proactive professional with a strong sense of discretion and a commitment to excellence.
- Demonstrate initiative, sound judgement, and exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Possess strong computer skills and are proficient in using a range of business applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, calendar and travel management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs, making you an invaluable partner to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, and take pride in enabling strategic leadership through seamless coordination and support.
