IT Business Partner

Ampcontrol is looking for a strategic IT Business Partner to bridge the gap between technology and key business functions across various business units.

As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with business leaders to understand their goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver technology solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and measurable business outcomes. You'll play a key role in shaping digital transformation initiatives, improving business processes, and ensuring our technology landscape supports future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and become a trusted technology advisor.
• Develop a deep understanding of business processes, challenges, and strategic priorities.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions that improve operational and financial performance.
• Lead and support digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the delivery, enhancement, and support of business-critical systems and applications.
• Identify opportunities to optimise project delivery, service operations, supply chain performance, financial processes, and corporate services through technology.
• Provide guidance on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Maintain oversight of business application architecture and technology roadmaps within your portfolio.

About You

You are a relationship-focused technology professional who can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels and align technology investments with business objectives.

You'll bring:

• A degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in an IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, Enterprise Applications, or similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering technology, systems, or business transformation initiatives.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving.
• A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering business value.
