ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our strategic plans for growth and expansion mean we are looking for a Strategy Development Lead to play a pivotal role in helping Ampcontrol lead the global energy revolution.

As the Strategy Development Lead you will be responsible for working collaboratively as a senior member of the Strategy team to proactively identify potential acquisition opportunities. You will also be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating any risks and challenges, conducting research, analysis and valuation and assisting and coordinating the development of annual strategic objectives, metrics, targets and plans.

What are we looking for from you?

• Tertiary qualifications in commerce, economics, finance or related field
• Excellent strategic agility and ability to work creatively and analytically in decision making and problem-solving environments, with excellent critical thinking and writing skills.
• Extensive experience in business and market research and analysis.
• Involvement and understanding of M&A processes and activities.
• Ability to work independently
• Previous experience within a capital intensive, infrastructure, energy or resources sector would be highly regarded.
