Service Administrator

Ampcontrol have an opportunity for a Service Administrator to join our close-knit Service Team. This is an exciting full time role where your tasks will vary day to day in our fast paced, ever changing environment.

This role is suited to a friendly, motivated self starter who likes variety – to do a little bit of everything, there is no chance of getting bored in this role!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

You will be required to maintain a vibrant, proactive approach in your daily administrative tasks, which will include:

• Processing Timesheets
• Mobilisation of blue-collar trades to various mine sites
• Coordinate training, medicals according to site specific requirements
• Maintenance and management of employee training files and matrix
• Booking and reconciliation of travel and accommodation
• Raising requisitions and receipting invoices
• Maintaining equipment compliance registers

ABOUT YOU:

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Experience within the mining industry will be highly regarded
• Ability to work autonomously
• Quality and attention to detail
• Energetic and positive attitude to problem solving
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to fit into a friendly, collaborative workplace that rewards hard work
