Are you an experienced Site Manager (3 years + exp)? Have you ran commercial projects sized 500m2 – 5000m2? Have you worked on fit outs and refurbishments? Do you have a trade background?

Based in Flinders Lane - with our Sites typically in the CBD and city fringe, we need someone who, like us, values team work, accountability, and positivity.


You'll bring experience ready to hit the ground running managing commercial office fit-outs. We'll bring a secure role with salary + super + RDOs + paid annual leave and more

About The Role 

Amicus is a specialist in Designing and Constructing Workspaces, offering additional services in Workplace Strategy, Technology, Finance, and Labs.  

In this role, you will work most closely with the PM aligned to your project. Your additional colleagues will be Contract Administrators, Interior Designers and other members of the Delivery Team. Our broader company has ~90 employees.

Here are some examples of what you’ll do 

  • Run commercial fitout projects 500m2 – 5000m2
  • Manage subcontractors and maintain relationships
  • Lead project teams and be accountable for both the people management and processes to ensure success
  • Adhere to, support and promote WHS&E and QA systems and processes

Here is what will make you ideal for the role 

  • Essential - Industry knowledge of both the fit out, refurbishment and interiors industry
  • Essential - Experience managing site projects of same size with demonstrated customer satisfaction
  • Essential - First Aid Certificate for Construction Work
  • Essential - Construction Industry White Card
  • Essential - Proficiency in technology and software solutions (eg Microsoft Projects)
  • Desirable - Trade Background ideally with relevant qualifications
  • Desirable - Experience using Plangrid
