About The Role

The Marketing team is a team of 5 within a broader company of ~100.

Amicus is a specialist in Designing and Constructing Workspaces, offering additional services in Workplace Strategy, Technology, Finance, and Labs.

The Marketing team collaborates across the business to generate new opportunities and support the client journey, including raising reach and appeal, attracting interest, generating leads, and growing engagement and advocacy.

The purpose of the Graphic Design and Content Coordinator position is twofold. The primary is to work with the Marketing team and Sales teams to prepare client proposals and create new content for marketing, sales and internal purposes. This includes case study coordination and collateral assistance across the group to support the achievement of the business objectives.

Here are some examples of what you’ll do

Proposals & Presentations:

  • Contribute to and implement proposal process improvements
  • Maintain a library of tender content
  • Facilitate required meetings and collaborate with the proposal team
  • Strategic mindset to craft Storyboard and bespoke content generation relevant to a submission
  • Ensuring internal and external stakeholders remain accountable to the success of proposal compilation

Graphic Design:

  • Uphold brand guidelines across all designed collateral (Internal & External)
  • Review and evaluation of designs and their effectiveness for a range of media and contribute to challenging the norm.
  • Provide graphic design support and advice to functional teams across the business.

 Content Creation & Coordination:

  • Support editorial standards across all written content and contribute to the company Style Guide
  • Work closely with the Marketing team and external agencies to deliver on time digital content for Amicus, ensuring all channel content comes from one single brand voice and is consistent with brand guidelines. Ensure that all content is accurate and consistent with the established content strategy and plan.

Marketing Support:

  • As required, work with the wider Marketing Team for general Marketing Support

  • Working within tight deadlines
  • Project coordination
  • Familiarity & fluency with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office

Here is why you might not love working with us

  • We’re a small team so we cover a lot of ground. You’ll be writing and creating content on a wide range of different topics.
