About The Role

The role of Pre-Construction Manager is to ensure that your team’s projects are correctly positioned for success during the sales process, prior to the construction phase commencing.

Duties:

  • Overseeing contracts, approvals and resourcing (workflow & capacity)
  • Maintaining client relationships and delivering positive client experiences
  • Liaising with Subcontractors, Estimators, Services Installation and Construction teams
  • Workflow management including work scheduling, document control protocols, cost control
  • Providing construction and financial project updates and reporting

Skills and Experience:

  • Project Management preferably with a Design and Construct Company
  • Ideally workspace fit-out experience
  • IT Systems such as Word, Excel, MS Project and ideally Viewpoint
  • Working closely with the Sales team (bid approach, attending the pitch)
  • Ideally, formal qualification such as Bachelor of Construction Management, or equivalent
