About The Role and The Duties:

We are looking for a BDM, with a proven ability to build and leverage networks in our industry, to support our Sydney team. Whilst the successful candidate will be supported by an existing team, they will be able to demonstrate previous experience in the following areas:

• Have an existing relationship with Commercial Real Estate and/or Industrial Real Estate networks
• Proven capacity to build and leverage meaningful relationships with personal and professional individuals and networks
• Proven ability and obvious enthusiasm for converting networking leads to generate sales
• Ability to work to robust KPI’s with a high level or accountability (you need to be organised)
• Excellent attention to detail, including written and presentation skills
• Build and maintain a strong, fast moving pipeline of partners & prospects to deliver revenue expectations
• Industry knowledge of refurbishment and interiors industry, in particular Design, Project and Construction Management is favourable, but not essential.

Your background may be a Commercial or Industrial Real Estate Agent, Leasing Agent or Tenant Rep.
