As we continue to rebuild and strengthen our team, we’re looking for a Vehicle Estimator / Production Manager to play a key role in driving performance across the site. We specialise in everything from minor to major repairs and are proud to be I-CAR certified and an approved Subaru Australia Repairer.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being across both estimating and workshop production. You’ll help keep jobs moving, ensure quality repairs, and support the team to deliver great outcomes.

Permanent, Monday to Friday role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage vehicle workflow from intake through to completion
  • Prepare and review estimates, ensuring accuracy and correct repair methods
  • Oversee production to meet timelines, quality, and customer expectations
  • Support daily site operations and team performance
  • Coordinate parts, scheduling, and overall job flow
  • Drive efficiency, productivity, and strong repair outcomes

What You Bring

  • Experience in collision repair (estimating and/or production leadership)
  • Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines
  • Confident communicator who works well with teams and stakeholders
  • A proactive, hands-on approach
  • Focus on safety, quality, and customer outcomes
