The Opportunity

We are seeking expressions of interest for a Centre Manager / Estimator to support the rebuild and ongoing development of the site structure at Stanley’s.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving site performance, supporting the team, and ensuring high-quality, efficient repair outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up into a leadership role or broaden their experience across both operational and estimating functions.

This is a permanent, Monday to Friday position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
  • Manage vehicle flow from arrival through to completion
  • Oversee estimates and ensure repair methods are followed accurately
  • Drive productivity and support the team to meet performance and customer expectations
  • Assist with parts ordering, receipting, and workflow coordination
  • Contribute to site profitability, quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong housekeeping and operational standards within the workshop

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in the collision repair industry (leadership or estimating experience highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritise, problem-solve and meet deadlines
  • Proven organisational skills and ability to delegate effectively
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to motivate and support a team
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
  • Reliable, professional, and team-focused
