Paint Team Lead

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for Paint Team Lead to join the team at Gemini Ringwood

This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday—no weekends required. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-standard paint finishes and ensuring every vehicle looks its best before returning to the road.

Role responsibilities

• Match and mix paint to the specified colour to ensure a good colour match for the customer
• Maintain the colour mixing room and colour swatches
• Lead the team to achieve daily goals 

Does this sound like you?

• Previous automotive repair experience and experience in Vehicle Spray Painting or Colour Mixing
• Good at following process, willing to learn and apply new innovative ideas
• Have a high attention to detail
• Maintain a clean work space
• Contribute to a positive work environment for the team and customers
